Exercise, really?

#2 child and I decided this week that it was time for us to get in shape. Fortunately we have this OnDemand thing that has tons of 20 minute workouts–for free! How cool is that? It was meant to be, we had to do them. First we tried Carmen Electra hip-hop. Forty year old women in sweat pants do not look like Carmen Electra. #2 was too busy laughing at me to look like Carmen Electra.
So next we tried this one called Booty Beat. I think the gist of this one is if you shake your booty enough, the fat will just fall off. #2 and I laughed so hard that we couldn’t breathe. Hard to exercise when you can’t breathe. Begs the question, though…is it really possible to laugh your butt off?

YES, you can laugh your butt off. I saw it on the news. Belly laughing tightens the abs. Add some coffee and you have a cardio workout.
